On this page please find our transparent price information. If you have questions, do not hesitate to e-mail or call us. All our prices include 21% VAT. Water, WiFi, parking, use of outdoor space, barbecue, foot balances, ping pong table (bring your own bats and balls), volleyball net  are included in the rent.

We also provide upto 4 high chairs, 3 cots and 1 shower chair free of charge, if your group needs any of those items.

Rental periods

Weekend: Friday 4 p.m. until Sunday 5 p.m.

Long weekend: Friday 4 p.m. until Monday 10:30 a.m.

Midweek: Monday 4 p.m. until Friday 10:30 a.m.

Week: Friday 4 p.m. until Monday 10:30 a.m.

One overnight stay (only during working days): arrival 4 p.m., departure 10:30 a.m.

Prices are for groups upto 15 persons. Extra persons pay pro rata.

Holidays 2025, 2026 and 2027

Mandatory additional costs:

*The deposit wil be refunded – if everything turned out to be left behind in the original state – within two weeks upon your departure.

Contract:

After you made your reservation, you will receive an agreement from us, which must be signed and returned within one week. With the agreement you also commit to our Terms and Conditions (including cancellation conditions and house rules).

The first payment term is one week after booking; you then pay € 500.

The second payment term expires one month before your arrival and you will then have paid the remaining amount of the contract.

We will settle the deposit with you within two weeks of your stay, after everything has turned out to be left behind in a good condition.
